The Scent Works offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. These include common carrier services from United Parcel Service® ("UPS"), and ground & air services from the United States Postal Service® ("USPS").
All of our Common Carrier Services from UPS provide guaranteed-delivery service and full value insurance on all packages up to $50,000.00 per package. Post Office Services are less expensive than the Common Carrier Services but are generally not guaranteed-delivery and there is no insurance provided or available (i.e., the buyer assumes all risk of loss).
Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping & handling ("S&H") charges for each shipping method based on package size, weight and destination. S&H charges are summarized at checkout and most packages can be tracked via our carriers' websites.

- Priority Mail®Flat-rate Service: a 2-3 day air service to most domestic destinations that minimizes cost through charging by volume rather than weight. The Scent Works will automatically try to fit your order into the lowest-cost package available. If successful, we will automatically refund any difference from the standard Priority Mail® cost charged during Checkout. However, our product servers are not currently configured with item dimensions. Consequently and to avoid confusion and delay, we cannot offer Flat-rate Service as a discrete option at this time nor accept orders contingent upon fitting into a flat-rate box. Notwithstanding, refer to the Flat-rate Box Capacity Table to avoid ordering problems.
