Inspired by a scarlet red silk dress, this rich, tangy and sensual fragrance is delightful alone. It is the simple embodiment of sensual feminine elegance, at once luscious and deeply mysterious.

Ancient pomegranate, black currant, Italian bergamot, sweet raspberry, pink pepper, opopanax, and tart plum are grounded in a complex mix of Frankincense, musk, spicy wood and Patchouli, creating a firey and provocative blend.

Like a fine wine, the first taste is a very dry and peppery fruit. Pomegranate and berries add an astringent and tart winey nuance. Moving into a deeper scent, the pepper recedes into a smokey incense and woody accord, with a twinkling spicey note. The patchouli adds to the dark depth of the scent, but it is a light, dry, earthy patchouli. Sheer, soft... surprisingly not the deep, earthy and sweet oriental one would expect based upon the name and the notes.

As compelling as it is alone, it also blends beautifully with citrus and floral scents. Try it with our Yuzu Japanese Grapefruit or Tahitian Tiare Flower for two totally different approaches.
