Our previous experience with Magnolias had been the soft, pink blossoms prevalent in the Northeast, normally wilted by early frost. They had no notable scent and every Magnolia fragrance we ever tried was a non-descript "fantasy" fragrance. But then... we smelled the real thing. We were astonished. Not only are they enormous... about 8 - 10' across... but their scent is so different from their puny Northern counterparts.

Magnolia Grandiflora... the REAL Southern Magnolia... has an intoxicating scent redolent of citrus, honey and sunshine. One of our very first tasks in our new Southern environment was to create a fragrance that would be true to this gracious Southern Lady. We have been working on this lovely scent for months and we are proud to announce that it's here at last!

Very complex and delicate notes of Italian Lemon, Citrus, Honey and Black Tea play over Oakmoss and Pine wood. Hints of Azalea, Iris and Violet.

And it's phthalate-free, too!

Performance in Candles:

Very good hot and cold scent-throw in soy after 5-day cure. Candle benefited from a longer cure.
