Something dark, something being made, secrets taking place, travels, lanterns, silhouettes… This scent is the essence of mystery, of the eternally secretive nature of folklore and myth.
It's not just ethereal, though. There’s something about it that is very practical and celebrates skill and craft. I'm thinking of a lady inventor, of all things. Also maybe of an oil dabbed on racing gloves to keep them supple while in the glovebox?
