Crape Myrtle

So seduced we are by the flora in our new Carolina home, we've been dying to share the experience... we're absolutely enchanted by the Crape Myrtle.

What a stunning sight these shrubs are. Decked out in colors of White, Pink, Red, Purple and Lavender, they line boulevards, dot lawns as specimen plantings and provide a profusion of sweet papery scented blossoms from early summer through late fall. And we have captured it's fragrance perfectly.

Top notes of Fresh Cucumber, Melon, Iris and Lemon, softened with Honeysuckle Nectar, Fresh Cotton, Freesia, Grasses, Moss and Woods.

And it's phthalate-free, too!

Packaged in HDPE containers.

Acceleration in CP soap:

Some tests noted a faster trace so keep temperatures low.

Discoloration in CP soap:

None noted.

Performance in CP soap:

Strong at 0.7 Oz./Lb. usage rate. This is an ethereal, soft scent but it holds up very well.

Performance in Candles:

Delicate in soy; throws well, but it's a subtle fragrance.
