The Calypso Orchid is a rare woodland species found in North America and Scandanavia. The name 'Calypso' come from the Greek, meaning "hidden," as it grows in shaded and concealed locations.

This powerful fragrance is just lovely... amazingly sophisticated, it is far more complex and intriguing than most of the bright and simplistic scents from Bath & Body Works®. It was developed in a partnership by Calyx Flowers, the innovative online florist, and has been proclaimed a "Signature" fragrance. The delicious symphony of white florals, tropical hypnotics and fruity accords is crafted expertly into a magnificent, haunting fragrance.

A complex fresh floral with touches of violet, iris, gardenia and amber musk, has top notes of Pink Grapefruit, Wet Greens, Fragrant Waterlily and Lady Apple. The heart of this sultry scent unfolds with middle notes of Calypso Orchid, Hawaiian Gardenia, English Blue Iris and Wood Violets. Lingering base notes include Vanilla Orchid, Victorian Heliotrope, Amber Cream and Classic Skin Musk.

This fragrance is a winner, and can be the luscious feminine star in your spring and summer line... and it is classical enough to carry as a year round floral.
